Does someone have to be present when the dumpster is delivered, exchanged, or removed?

We kindly ask that someone over 18 years old be present during the delivery to assist the driver in placing the dumpster correctly and to sign off on its receipt and our terms. When it's time for pickup, you're free to carry on with your day, but please ensure there are no obstacles in the way for our truck to access the dumpster. If access is blocked, there may be an additional charge, and we'll need to reschedule the pickup for another day. Thank you for your cooperation!


How much waste can I put in the dumpster?

Please ensure that the dumpster is filled only up to the level at the top. It's important to follow this guideline as it is enforced by law, and overloading may result in a citation. This regulation exists to prevent potential hazards: if the dumpster is filled beyond its capacity and our driver needs to make sudden movements while driving, there's a risk of materials spilling onto the road, which could lead to accidents or injuries.


What are the unacceptable waste materials that are NOT allowed in the dumpsters?

We cannot accept hazardous wastes, which include items such as chemical products, oil filters, herbicides and pesticides, radioactive materials, solvents, paint (except fully dried latex paint cans with no liquids), flammable liquids, partially filled aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, refrigerators, petroleum-contaminated soil, lead paint chips, tires, batteries, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, dead animals, sealed barrels or cylinders, and any liquids.
